This beautiful ocean panorama was taken at one of the islands in the Bahamas. It is a 180º panoramic photograph taken with a regular camera and lens. The distortion effect is caused from my technique of digitally stitching together about eight separate pictures into one seamless image. I like this image because it is simple and dramatic and adds a serene atmosphere to a room where it is hanging.
Where to see this artwork
This piece is currently on display at The Coolest Little Gallery in the Tennyson Arts District near Denver, Colorado. It is 3 feet wide and displayed with a “floating-glass” style frame. I hope you can stop by to see it!
